Equality Analysis of Services

Traditionally the Council has carried out Impact Needs Requirement Assessments upon its services to assess their impact upon equality.

In light of the new Public Sector Equality Duty, the Council carried out one off Equality Relevance Assessments which are published on this website (see links to the left). These assessments considered each service's relevance to equality and helped ascertain what equality information the service would need to publish in future.

From April 2012, all services will complete an Equality Analysis form upon their annual service plan.
