The countdown to the start of the London Olympic and Paralympic Games is well underway and we are calling on anyone planning an event in 2012 to get involved and be part of the widespread celebrations. 

If you have an Olympic-inspired event in mind for 2012, it's not too late for you to link it with our local Cultural Olympiad campaign, Bury be part of it.  Whether you are an individual, a business, a local leisure centre, sports club, voluntary group, or charity - you can be part of it and adopt the Bury be part of it brand.  If you would like to organise an event but need a little help and some inspiration take a look at our Bury be part of it toolkit at the link in the right-hand navigation.
