Other planning fees

Our charges from 1 January 2015 are as follows.

  • Copies of correspondence (including Decision Notice) relating to planning applications: 
    • Fixed fee of £12 plus 40p per page.
  • Researching site histories or providing "search type" information from the planning records and ecological records:
    • Cost per hour (or part of) £80 per hour.
  • Administrative fee for processing refund of fees for invalid planning applications (excludes electronic transactions - currently no charge):
    • £46
  • High hedge applications:
    • £685
  • Monitoring fee for Section 106 agreements (per agreement):
    • £550 to £2,600 dependent upon the number and type of obligations that need monitoring.
