Bury Family Information Service has a legal duty to provide information on local childcare, activities and support services of benefit to local families. All organisations are included in the directory in line with national guidance.
In order to add a new organisation to Find it 4 Me or to update details of an existing entry please fill in the form below.

We need your written consent to hold and distribute information about your service or activity.
Please complete the consent form by putting a tick in the top 2 boxes and adding your details as appropriate and returning it to us.
