Short term residential care
Short Term Care is when support is temporarily provided to individuals who live at home alone or with relatives or someone else who cares for them. Its main purpose is to provide a break both for the carer and the person who is being cared for. Short Term Care can also be used for a period of recovery following a health episode or for the purpose of re-assessment of the individual's abilities both day and night.
