Radcliffe Pool and Fitness Centre is situated on Green Street in Radcliffe's town centre. The centre has on-site car parking and is approximately 5 minutes walk from Radcliffe bus station or 10 minutes walk from Radcliffe Metrolink station.

Accessible facilities

Our facilities are accessible to people with disabilities and families with push-chairs.

Radcliffe Pool has disabled parking bays and easy access to the changing rooms, toilets, pool and sports halls. We have disabled toilets, showers and changing areas.

Quest accreditation

Radcliffe Pool and Fitness Centre has been awarded Quest accreditation demonstrating that the centre provides high quality services.

Areas scrutinised for Quest include policy and procedures, customer service, promotions and marketing, health and safety, cleanliness and the programme of activities. Staff and customers are interviewed as part of the evaluation which also involves an external assessment and a mystery visit.

Following evaluation Radcliffe Pool and Fitness Centre achieved Quest 'commended'.

Quest defines industry standards and good practice and encourages their ongoing development and delivery within a customer-focused management framework. Quest is supported by Sport England.
