Welcome to this part of the website which provides information on council housing rents.
Six Town Housing is the Arms Length Management Organisation (ALMO) which was formed in April 2005 to manage Council homes on behalf of Bury Council.
Six Town Housing is responsible for:
- Rent collection and arrears recovery, including welfare benefits advice;
- Tenant and resident involvement;
- Dealing with anti social behaviour;
- Estate management and caretaking;
- Leaseholder and Right to Buy services;
- Responsive repairs;
- Planned and capital improvement schemes.
