This is a national service where you can submit your question 9-5pm Monday to Friday during which time it will be answered by a real librarian from anywhere in the UK via chat. Outside these times you will need to submit your email address in order to receive a reply. For questions relating to Bury Library Service only, such as opening times, book renewals etc. please use Contact Us displayed to the right of the page where you can get in touch with us by completing an online form or by telephone.

Unsworth Library facilities

Library stock comprises lending books, videos, talking books and language cassettes/CD's. There is a popular children's library with homework section and also a weekly homework club (see below for further details). There are also 10 computers, which are free to use, with Internet access and Microsoft Office applications. Access to computers and the Internet is free of charge so booking in advance is advisable. Please telephone on the number below to make a booking. There is a scanner attached to one computer; self-service photocopying facility plus laminating and fax services. Unsworth is also home to Bury's Toy Library.
