employee at Tesco

Our service offers advice, support and practical assistance to local and regional employers who want to diversify their workforce and offer equal opportunities. We can provide a recruitment service for residents of Bury who are eligible for funding and who find it difficult to find work or keep a job because of disability or disadvantage. We aim to help you into employment using a range of different services.

How can we help you?

To help you get the right job we look at what qualifications and experience you may have as well as other factors, such as what job you want to do, what skills you have and what support needs you require.

We can maximise your chances of getting the right job by helping to:

  • Produce your CV
  •  Practice interview skills
  • Accompany you to the interview.

Our service is all about finding the right job for the right person.

We match client skills to the employer needs to ensure a positive outcome.

Drop in Service

Bury EST has a drop in service for general advice and guidance and this takes place at their offices at Humphrey House every Tuesday afternoon from 1pm to 4pm. Everyone is welcome to use this service for general advice and guidance. Trained staff are on hand to point you to the most appropriate service and can offer suggestions about finding suitable work and improving employability.
