Walshaw Hall is situated in a semi rural setting in extensive gardens overlooking fields and farmland. It is a large detached and extended property set in its own grounds close to the village of Tottington. It is approximately 10 minutes drive away from the town centre of Bury. There is ramped access to the back of the home to allow access for wheelchair users and people who have problems climbing steps. The home is registered to provide 50 places for the personal care of elderly people. There are 42 single and 4 double bedrooms. The majority of bedrooms have en-suite facilities. This accommodation is provided on three levels with a passenger lift to the first floor and a stair lift to the second floor. There is plenty of lounge and dining space and the decoration and furnishings are of a very good standard.
