Who is it for?

Anyone over 18 and single, homeless, rough sleepers

Age

18 - 99

Description of service:

Homeless Day Centre Mon - Thurs 10 - 1 & 2-4 Fridays 10-12. Housing related support including rough sleeper service & floating support service. Provides help to people in developing skills to maintain tenancies. Advocacy work & escort to services

Referral by

Open/self referral. Also through Central Access Point - appointment, interview & referal to most suitable service
