Fairgrounds

Organisations wishing to operate fairground equipment (including inflatable bouncing devices) on Council/Leisure Services' land are required to submit a completed application form, together with proof of public liability insurance and a plan of the layout of equipment  and a copy of the Amusement Devices Inspection Procedure Scheme ADIPS) Disc relevant to each ride at least 30 days prior to holding an event.

Minimum public liability insurance required for an inflatable bouncing device is £5m and for a fairground ride £5m.

Please note:  Rides without a current ADIPS disc and public liability insurance will not be allowed to operate.
