Self Catered Cultural Specific Events
Inclusive of main venue rooms but negotiable dependant on room use and hire period. A corkage fee will be charged for customers who wish to provide their own drinks.

Weekday - £125 per hour
Weekend - £150 per hour

Commercial & Exhibition Events
Inclusive of all main venue rooms but negotiable dependant on room use and hire period.

Weekday - £100 per hour
Weekend - £120 per hour

PRS Music Licence Charges - Music Events with an admission charge are subject to PRS licence charges.

Charity & Local Community events may be eligible for supplementary discounts particularly at off peak booking times.

Insurance facilities

We are able to offer to hirers of the venues, insurance protection giving effective indemnity in respect of the hirers' liability under 27 and 28 of the Conditions of Letting. This insurance cover is provided by Zurich Municipal, on the following basis:

1. Liability for bodily injury or illness of third parties and/or loss of, or damaged to their property including liability imposed on the hirer under the terms of the hiring agreement.
Limit of Indemnity £1,000,000.

2. Liability (including Liability imposed under the hiring agreement) for loss or damage to the premises and contents thereof. Cover limited in respect of loss or damage caused other than by fire or explosion to the sum of £10,000 per hiring and subject to an excess of £50.
Damage resulting from fire and explosion covered up to £1,000,000. The cost of this protection will be as follows and hirers are strongly recommended to take advantage of this offer.

10% of the hire charge for non-catering events.
10p per head for buffet menus.
15p per head for dinner menus.

a. for commercial purposes;
b. in furtherance of a business practice;
c. for the sale of goods; or
d. for political meetings.
