Description of service:

The aim of the Children's Centre is to provide a family community hub which brings together services which will help every child in that area to receive the opportunity for best possible start in life. The centre offers easy access to early learning opportunities, health, post and ante-natal support and other family support services. Contact the centre for details of all groups and services.

Referral by

Open access. In addition Social Workers, Health Visitors, Midwives and other professionals can make referrals.
