Description of service:

This is a Parent led Support Group offering a place and time for parents to meet, chat, exchange ideas, thoughts and develop friendships. It is a place and time to bring your child who is offered freedom to meet and play with others. Also offered are advice and support sessions on the many aspects of the developing child, particularly on many issues affecting the development of the child with Downs Syndrome. Parents arrange trips out locally and further afield for social activities that aim to meet theirs and the group needs. Meet monthly on a Tuesday 1.30 - 3.00pm Based at Redvales Children's Centre.
