Who is it for?

People of the age of 18 years (16+ for Stop Smoking, Breastfeeding and Weight Management Support) who live, work or study in the borough of Bury and/or are registered with a Bury GP can access the Health Trainer Service.

Description of service:

A free service supporting people to improve their health by introducing small changes such as: healthy eating, stopping smoking, breast feeding support, diet, alcohol etc. Will provide clients with supporting materials and information to meet clients individual requirements.
