Description of service:

Provides support to families: information, family & parenting groups, social activities & childcare. Contact the centre for further details of Breastfeeding support, Ante-natal and Post-natal support groups, Baby Signing, Stay and Play session, Dance session, Dad's Club, links with Jobcentre Plus, Benefits and Training advice session, Hanen ‘You make the difference’, Streetwise, Child minding Network. Community Nursery Nurse for 2 year assessments, ASD Support Group – parent led, Self Care for You, Family Finance, Health Trainer Clinic, Family Learning, Children’s Lending and Parent’s Lending Library, Play and Learning Home visits, Play and Learning workshops, Resource Provision library, Health Visitor, Baby Massage, Baby Club, ESOL, 'Time to Talk' Family support drop in, Women's World, TOTs and Streeetwise (Groups for parents aged 16-25 years), speech and language 2 year screening, healthy start vitamins. Centre is open Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm. We also have an outreach venue at Chesham Fold Rd BL9 6QL.
