Bury Employment Support and Training (Bury EST)
We provide a service for Bury residents who are eligible for funding and who find it difficult to find work or keep a job because of disability or disadvantage.
We also offer advice, support and practical assistance to local and regional employers who want to diversify their workforce and offer equal opportunities.
How can we help you?
To help you get the right job we look at what qualifications and experience you may have as well as other factors, such as what job you want to do, what skills you have and what support needs you require.
We can maximise your chances of getting the right job by helping to:
- Produce your CV
- Practise interview skills
- Accompany you to the interview
Our service is all about finding the right job for the right person.
We match client skills to employer needs to ensure a positive outcome.
