Complaints about schools

All schools are required to have their own procedure for handling complaints. Most of our schools have adopted a model Local Authority policy which they have adapted to their own needs. If you have a concern or query relating to a particular school, you should contact them directly for a copy of their own procedure. You can find details of a particular school by using:

Contact us if you need further information. You can either write to us or email us detailing the information you need from the Contact area. The benefit of this method is that you will have a record of the query you have made and the service that you have made it to.
