School crossing patrol presentations
Our School Crossing Patrol Service are available to give road safety presentations to pre-school and nursery groups. The children will be given practical demonstration based on how to cross the road safely with the School Crossing Patrol.

Road Safety Unit resources
Although our Road Safety Unit staff do not directly teach pre-school children, we maintain regular contact with play groups and nursery schools and parental advice is also available.
We are pleased to supply free road safety resources including, Stop-Look-Listen-Think stickers and posters, colouring sheets, teacher packs and in-car safety information.
We also have available for loan a zebra crossing set and pelican crossing to assist in the teaching of basic pedestrian skills through role-play and to help children become aware of the dangers of traffic in their environment at an early age.
