Disabled drivers
Please ensure that you display your badges with the serial number and expiry date in view. This helps to stop the use of expired or fraudulent disabled badges. If you are unable to park in a designated disabled bay in a car park you should purchase a pay and display ticket for the duration of your parking.
Car park and on-street parking bays
Always ensure that you leave enough time to return to your vehicle prior to the expiry of your pay and display ticket. Only buy one pay and display ticket that is valid for the duration of your parking. Always make sure your vehicle is within a marked parking bay before your leave it.
Parking on-street
Always look for road markings and check signs for restrictions before leaving your vehicle. When parking in an area that has kerb markings, ensure that the loading/unloading ban restrictions are not in force at the time you intend to leave your vehicle to carry out a delivery. Some of these areas do not permit parking at any time. If you park in a free parking bay, ensure you read the signs and return to your vehicle before the permitted time for free parking expires.
