The permit will cover specific times and places.
The permit will only be issued for a specific reason, for example:
- Moving house, a removal lorry may be allowed to park on restrictions;
- Shop fitting, a vehicle may be allowed to park outside a shop to allow easy unloading/loading/access to tools.
The Council will look at each application, as there is a need to balance the importance to businesses of accessible parking in special circumstances, with the need to ensure that road safety is not compromised.
