07 June 2007: Parents unite for some weekend fun

Registered charity Parents Unite of Bury is holding a summer fayre on Saturday June 16 from 10 am - 3pm at Redvales Children's Centre in Bury.

Entrance is £1 per family and individuals 50p. A number of activities have been organised including face painting, a bouncy castle, craft activities and a plant stall.

Parent's Unite has been running for two years and has helped hundreds of local children and their parents get away from it all with fun affordable day trips and family days. They also have monthly parent's forums in children's centres across Bury to give parents the chance to get to know each other and make their voices heard.
