The lowest ever crime rates are now being reported in Bury and it's all thanks to the effective team effort that goes on between all the agencies that make up Team Bury - and of course you, our local resident.

We have area based policing teams which have members from the council's licensing team, to trading standards, victim support, the local police and fire service, who all work on a local level to confront issues happening in your neighbourhood.

The community safety team confronts all the issues which effect your quality of life, such as graffiti, antisocial behavior, vandalism and racial harassment.
