Housing rent - The 8 digit number beginning with a 6 as stated on the front of your rent card.

Business rates - The 8 digit number beginning with a 7 as stated on the front of your bill.

Invoice - The 8 digit invoice number beginning with a 9, 3 or I as stated on the top and bottom of the invoice.

Benefits overpayment - The 8 digit invoice number beginning 24 or 25 as stated on the top and bottom of your invoice or as advised to you by the Benefits Section
