There are two different types of form:
- Online forms
- Downloadable forms
Online forms are forms that are actually part of the web page itself, which you can fill in on screen and send to us online (some will require printing and signing, then posting in to us).
Downloadable forms are forms that you can download from this site, usually in PDF format. These forms can be downloaded on to your computer and printed out, so that you can fill them in by hand and return them to us by post or in person.
