How to apply
You can apply to use a park or open space using our online application form, but please note you must print this off, sign it and return it to us for consideration. You will also need to read the conditions of use before completing the application form.

Guidance on organising events
To assist people who are, or who are considering organising an event we have produced an Events Guidance Document which provides event organisers with detailed advice and information about important considerations such as child protection, insurance, site planning and health and safety. Appended to the document is an events guidance checklist, safety inspection checklist and a list of useful contacts.
