Fit for Purpose (August 2004)
Our HRA Business Plan outlines how we will manage the council's homes over the next thirty years and how this will be financed. In particular, it sets out our current position, our vision for the future and plans for delivering further improvements to housing stock.
The Government has assessed our business plan and has determined that it is 'fit for purpose'. This means that the Government is happy that we have:
- Done what we said we would;
- Set clear priorities for action in consultation with our customers; and
- Chosen the most effective way of delivering our priorities.
