Private Sector Housing Renewal Assistance Policy 2006
All forms of financial assistance that are given to householders to repair or improve their homes are detailed in our Private Sector Housing Renewal Assistance Policy. Assistance will be subject to the conditions set out in the Policy. This policy was last updated in November 2006. A copy of the document is available for inspection at the reception areas in Textile Hall and the Town Hall.

Please note: You have no legal right to grant assistance (except Disabled Facilities Grants). We will decide whether we award any assistance to a home owner based current policy and the amount of funding that it has available.
