We provide the following information on properties advertised under the Bury Home Options scheme over a three month period.

  • The number of properties advertised for each property type
  • The number of properties advertised for each type of tenancy, for example, adapted properties
  • The number of properties advertised in each of our townships
  • The average number of expressions of interest per property
  • The number of applicants in each band who were rehoused through the scheme

About housing bands

To provide a fair system, housing applicants are divided into six bands of housing need. Band 1 is the highest priority and band 6 the lowest. Within each band, the longer you have been waiting, the higher your priority.
