What is Pinpoint?
Pinpoint is a regional service set up to provide more choice across the region in selecting a home and offers greater opportunity in deciding where you want to live.
Pinpoint is a partnership between the 10 Greater Manchester local authorities and 13 housing associations.
How to access the service
Customers are required to register with their local authority. Once registered you will be given access to the Pinpoint properties but before you can submit an expression of interest in a proeprty you must meet certain criteria for each property.
You can still express interest in properties in Bury's local scheme, expressing an interest in Pinpoint properties gives you an additional choice.
The Pinpoint website allows you to view and express an interest in a property. Please make sure you meet the criteria for the property because your expression of interest will not be accepted if you do not.
You can apply for one Pinpoint property a week and properties advertised through Pinpoint are allocated on waiting time and not housing need.
