Properties are allocated by estates that are located throughout the Borough from Bury, Ramsbottom and Tottington, Radcliffe, Prestwich and Whitefield.

The allocation areas section provides the names of the estates and the type properties that are available in each estate.
Property information
This section gives the following information.
- The number of tenants on the waiting list (general & transfer)
- The number of tenants applying for a transfer
- The number of tenants on Mutual Exchange list
- The number of properties let to each Band
