- It will provide you with access to workforce planning opportunities, where you can seriously look at developing your social care workforce, and provide you with tools for storing your information.
- It can provide you with funding for recognised qualifications and training courses for your employees.
- It here for you to access, to ensure your social care workforce are informed, fit for purpose, qualified and competent within their roles, and working towards GSCC registration targets.

A Partnership Form must also be completed along with the Terms of Reference, in order to provide funding opportunities.
