We have a team of highly motivated, dedicated and professional staff. Each member of staff receives training relevant to their particular role. We are cheerful, friendly and considerate, and we offer you the very best of care.
The Pinfold Staff Team consists of a Manager and Deputy with relevant qualifications, supported by a full time clerical officer. A team of 8 experienced care assistants, 4 carer/drivers, led by a senior carer, complimented with a full kitchen and domestic team.
All staff have received specialised training and have achieved or are working towards N.V.Q qualification.

Recruitment
All staff are recruited according to Bury Metropolitan Borough Council’s Recruitment and Selection Policy.
All staff are checked with the Criminal Records Bureau before they can start working at the Centre and every 3 years whilst working at the Centre.
All staff are taken through the General Care Standards Induction programme ‘Skills for Care’ prior to working unsupervised at the Centre.

- Basic Food Hygiene
- Health and Safety
- Infection Control
Catering staff are trained in:
- Infection control
- Basic food hygiene
Management staff are trained in:
- Registered Managers Award Qualification
- Medication administration
- Risk Assessment
