Bury Metro Carers Strategy is a document which has been produced in direct response to the Governments National Carers Strategy "Caring about Carers, 1998".
The Strategy document was produced with the help of a wide variety of organisations, as well as individual Carers.
The strategy will be used as a guide for statutory and independent organisations to inform the development of services and avoid duplication.
The strategy will be reviewed on an annual basis.
