In today's increasingly complex job market many older people are finding that they are not getting the opportunities they need to increase their skills and improve their prospects. Update for Employment aims to help older people gain the skills they need. Training will be tailored as much as possible to meet individual needs. So whether it is keyboard skills, interview techniques or confidence building this project aims to help.
