Performance Monitoring
The programme of schemes and initiatives will be monitored overall for progress by the Age of Opportunities Programme Coordinator. Each project or scheme will be commissioned to provide a specific set of outcomes and will be monitored for appropriate targets and project expenditure.
This information will be fed into the quarterly Age of Opportunities Programme Board meetings where performance management issues can be tackled, and the decision to continue the scheme into subsequent years (where applicable) can be made. These quarterly reports and other supporting documentation can be viewed on the Programme Board page.
