• Support Planning - A new website that helps people develop their support plans once they know how much money they have in their individual budget is now live. The website explains what support planning is and gives practical, real life examples of people who have been through the process.  There is  advice for developing support plans for older people, people using mental health services, children and young people, people with learning disabilities and people with physical impairments.
