What is counselling?
Counselling offers a safe, confidential environment for people to explore their feelings. It provides a confortable atmosphere for you to look at any issues that may be affecting you.
The main focus of counselling is for people to share their inner most feelings and thoughts without being judged or disrepected but to be valued as an individual.
