By following these guidelines, you can help us to provide you with a better service.
- On collection days avoid obstructing the refuse collection wagons, parking in back streets or double-parking in front streets
- Place your bin or bags at the at the edge of your property by 7 am on the day of collection.
- Present your bin for collection with the lid closed.
- Avoid putting out excess waste as this will not be collected. It should be placed in your emptied bin for collection the following week. This will assist the Authority in maintaining an efficient and effective service.
- Don't overload your bin with heavy objects - do not put bricks or builders' rubble in your bin.
- Use the recycling facilities and compost your garden waste.
- Where the service is provided please use your brown bin for garden waste and blue bin for recyclables.
- Please put your paper out for collection in your green bag on collection day.
