Planning Policy latest news
The Planning Policy team are currently preparing the new Local Development Framework (that will include policies against which planning applications are to be decided) and will be consulting the community on various documents as they progress. In addition, supplementary planning documents (that provide additional guidance on the implementation of particular policies), are also prepared on a regular basis by the team. New supplementary planning documents will again be subject to public consultation.
