When we have received and input your Local Search submitted by your solicitor, we guarantee to complete and return it within 10 working days. This is in line with the Government's 'Best Value Performance Indicators', however we usually complete and return within 4 to 6 working days.
We will also respond to written enquiries and requests for planning decisions and agreements within 10 working days.
Your opinion is important and we will regularly seek your views so we can monitor and improve our service. These reviews will be used to set targets and assess our performance.
