A review of Bury's UDP was started in 2001 but has now been abandoned in favour of the Government's new development plan arrangements for Local Development Frameworks.
The following UDP Review documents were produced in 2001/2002, but are now superseded:
Issues Report
An Issues Report was produced in January 2001:
Issues Report Statement of Consultation
This report gives a breakdown of the comments received during the consultation exercise on the Issues Report carried out between February - April 2001.
Strategy and Spatial Framework
A strategy document was produced for consultation purposes in February 2002.
The Bury UDP will now be replaced by documents to be produced as part of the new Bury Local Development Framework.
