Consultation Period
A report was taken to our Executive Committee on 10 January 2007 to approve draft SPD12 following a six week period of public consultation from 23 January 2007 to 6 March 2007.
Supplementary Planning Document (SPD)12 deals with the promotion of Travel Plans, to reflect guidance in Planning Policy Guidance Note 13 and the Regional Spatial Strategy for the North West. The guidance details when travel plans should be provided and some practical advice on how they can be designed and implemented.
