The key policies that will form a part of Bury's Local Development Framework (LDF) will be contained within a series of Development Plan Documents (DPD).
Our current intention is to produce the following documents:
Core Strategy
Site Allocations
Proposals Map
In the future we may produce other Development Plan Documents. The scheduled programme of DPDs is set out in the Local Development Scheme (LDS).
In addition to to the documents listed above, the ten Greater Manchester authorities, including Bury, have agreed to produce a Joint Waste Development Plan Document to cover the whole of Greater Manchester.
