About how we provide the service
Bury Metro Pest Control is part of Bury Council's Environmental Services. All Bury Council pest control staff work to written treatment standards and undertake written risk assessments for all work carried out.
Bury Council Pest Control provides a service to both domestic and commercial customers to control pests and will, wherever possible, respond to service requests within 3 working days. Our fees and charges
A charge is made for some of the services provided by Bury Metro Pest Control to domestic customers. All service requests at commercial establishments are charged at current commercial rate. Alternatively, annual contracts are offered. In some instances Registered Charities are charged at 50% of the commercial rate. A breakdown of those charges can be found by clicking on the links below.
We recognise that some domestic customers who are on a low income have difficulty in paying for the service. In view of this we offer discounted rates to domestic customers who are in receipt of Council Tax Benefit (Not single person benefit).
