Fees
Fees have been payable for the Building Control Service since 1981. If the work is for the benefit of a disabled person then it may qualify for exemption from the payment of fees. Further details of the fees system and the amounts payable are supplied with the application forms or can be obtained by telephone through our helpline number 0161 253 5314.
