The Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) National Flower Bed Competition is a unique event associated with the RHS Britain in Bloom campaign. The event showcases the talents of local authorities and communities from all over the UK.
The competition provides local authorities and communities with the opportunity to use their skills and experience to create a flower bed that reflects their own identity. All competitors work with a 6m by 4m bed using a wide range of plant material supplied from the Ball Colegrave commercial catalogue.
The flower beds are judged for RHS medals, reflecting the high standard of horticulture.
