Currently you will be able to view and print your historic payslips on-line. Proper consultation will be taking place with a view to this replacing your paper payslips allowing your Council to make real cash savings.
The payslips shown on the Website are completed payslips only. The current one will be viewable between two and three days before your pay day.
Over the course of the next 12 months further functionality empowering you, the employee to maintain and validate the data Bury MBC holds about you will become available. You will be able to validate and amend personal details such as address, marital status, emergency contacts etc.. You will be able to request leave directly to your manager and even enter your car mileage or overtime claims for authorisation.
These initiatives will allow you to have a greater say in the accuracy and completeness of the data Bury MBC stores about you and will allow Bury MBC to make further savings in both paper and effort.
This web page will be the primary communication route for the availability and instruction in these new features so please check back here periodically for news.
The link below will take you to the login screen of the TRENT(tm) Personnel and Payroll system. You will have received your user name and password by letter so just enter these in the boxes provided.(Please note that the username and password are case senstitive and must be entered exactly as shown on your letter. Your username is also your Employee Reference Number). You will be prompted to change your password when you first login. This can be any format but must be at least six characters long.
