Becoming a school governor

You can become a School Governor by:

  • being elected by parents, if your child attend the school
  • being elected by the teaching or non-teaching staff, if you work in school
  • being appointed by the Council
  • being appointed by the Church or charitable trust
  • being Co-opted (appointed) by the Governors.
